Shipping
Every order ships from our supplier warehouses with tracking. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, and you receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
Europe and the United Kingdom
- Standard tracked shipping: €4.90.
- Free tracked shipping on orders of €69 or more.
- Typical delivery: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Other destinations
- A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery usually takes longer; your tracking link shows progress.
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery unless they are collected and shown at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or refused delivery, we can only refund the product price.
Shipping to Morocco is temporarily unavailable.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
- Email contact@bebiohacker.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Send the items back unused, complete and in their original packaging, within 14 days of telling us.
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the items back, using your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as mouth tape cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you pay nothing for the return.
